We have been working for over a month to have our T1 lines fixed.We were without phones and internet for a week!
Their customer service model is set up so that you cannot get any problem resolved. Do the corporate officers think that their customer service actually works for the consumer?
One tip, get customer service on the line and refuse to hang up until you can talk to a supervisor.
It took a half hour on but were able to talk to someone and got another phone number - 888-575-6398.Will keep you posted on the status
